A Family Constellation Therapist for the high-achievers, the devoted parents, and the quietly exhausted humans who are ready to finally feel free
You're not broken. You're just carrying a lot.
Maybe you landed here because something isn't working and you can't quite put your finger on why.
Your relationships feel stuck. Your body feels tense.
You're doing all the "right" things and somehow it still feels like you're running in place.
Hi. I'm Jennifer. And I can help with that.
I provide whole system therapy.
Most of us grew up thinking that if something's wrong, you talk about it. You process it. You think your way through it. Sometimes that works great. Sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes you've talked about the thing a hundred times and it's STILL the thing.
Your body is still tense. The same argument keeps happening. The same pattern keeps showing up in different relationships, different jobs, different cities. That's because some things live deeper than words.
I work with three powerful approaches that get underneath the story your mind tells and into the places where change actually sticks:
-

Family Systems Constellation Therapy
-

The Destination Method©
-

Somatic Inquiry
What is different about working with me?

A lot of talk therapists will help you understand your patterns, process your past, or develop tools to manage anxiety or conflict. And that work matters. What I offer is a little bit different.
For instance, my approach integrates talk therapy, body-based work, and family systems constellations — because you're a whole person: a mind, a nervous system, and someone who grew up inside a family system. When we work together, we look at the deeper patterns behind what's happening. We're not just putting out fires. We’re looking at why certain fires keep starting, and prevent them from happening again.
Therapy with an end in sight.
You are coming to therapy because you need solutions. You are a busy human. You might be a parent, a professional, a person with a full life and calendar. You need something that works and has an end in sight. We will work together for a finite period of time, and some of the modalities I use do not even require you to be present!
Meet your therapist.
Hi, I’m Jennifer.
I didn't come to this work in a straight line.
The classroom. I started as a special education teacher in the inner city public school system. Special ed teaching — real special ed teaching — is not about fixing students. It is about seeing them. Students who've been told they're too much, not enough, or wired wrong. I couldn’t change a complicated system. What I could do was simply see them. Fully. Without seeing only a diagnosis or a deficit. Because something shifts when a person is truly seen by another person: they begin to see themselves differently. That shaped everything about how I show up now.
The stage. The body holds memory. It holds grief. It holds the things you never said, and the things that happened before you had words for them. I know this from the inside — I was a professional dancer for a decade, living within the intelligence of physical form. When I found The Destination Method© — a body-based approach to healing trauma and stress — it felt like coming home. The Destination Method© was the clinical framework to match what aligned with my existing understanding.
What if the body isn't just a vehicle the brain drives around each day?
The kitchen table. I'm also a single mom of two cool grown humans… I say this not as credentials but as something more important — I have been in it. The ferocious love, the taxi-driver-days, the sitting in a parking lot after hard conversations, wondering “what just happened?” I know what family costs and what it's worth. Families who struggle aren't failing — they're missing needed information and support.
All of those roads — the classroom, the stage, the kitchen table — eventually led me here. To training in Family Systems Constellation Therapy, Destination Method©, and Somatic Inquiry, to a practice built specifically for the people who are holding everything together on the outside and running on empty on the inside. I'm glad you're here.
Please note: I bring a multidisciplinary background to my work, including a Master’s degree in Special Education, a B.S. in Business, an Associate’s degree in Nutritional and Dance Therapy, and more than 400 hours of clinical therapy training. My work in Family Systems Constellation Therapy is educational and experiential in nature and does not depend on licensure or certification.
